Hang in there.  Take it one day at a time.  You are not alone.

Why didn’t anybody tell me it is the hardest thing in the world?  So relentless……….

And when it is tough (and it so nearly always is) my lifesaving mantra is ‘this phase will pass’.

Remember to hang on to all those precious moments because it  passes too quickly.  Much to quickly.

Yes, your children will be pushing you down the street in a buggy one day (a geriatric buggy!!)
